JD2 partnered with Roebbelen Contracting to manage the structural steel fabrication and erection for the 80,000-square-foot Alder Creek Elementary School, a project commissioned by the Folsom Cordova Unified School District. This two-story educational facility has been meticulously designed to accommodate 661 students, housing a total of 27 classrooms. These include 20 conventional classrooms, six designed for TK/kindergarten, one designated for special education, and a flexible room equipped with a stage and media center.

The groundbreaking ceremony for Alder Creek Elementary School took place in April in Folsom, CA, and construction is slated for completion in August 2024, aligning perfectly with the commencement of the 2024/25 school year.
